A small developer, building homes we would live in

Lumena Developments is a fictional demo company used to present this website system. A real client replaces this text with their own story, team and track record.

We focus on small residential buildings and villa groups in and around Larnaca — the kind of homes most Cypriot families and buyers from abroad are actually looking for.

How we work

• — Clear prices and honest availability
• — Floor plans and specifications published for every home
• — One contact person from first viewing to handover
